“We had troubles with our gas heater units at the Lovell Keele Sanitation shop. Mike Gibson came out and checked the units and diagnosed that it was a fan motor needing to be replaced. He was very friendly and prompt on his diagnose. Asked if anything else he could do, we asked if he could add another thermastat so each heater has it own. He was very willing and happy to accommodate for us. Mike returned a couple weeks later to replace the fan motor. He again was very friendly, worked with professionalism and got our heaters up a running in timeable manner. Next time we have troubles, I will definitely will be calling Mike at Custom Air.”
