The elk t-bone steak special was cooked perfectly and with a delicious crust. The bison short ribs fell off the bone, and were super flavorful. Chef Dillon and our waiter Shea were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice dinner.
Great experience! Made reservation for 2 at 5:30, arrived early and was easier and more engaging at bar so sat there to eat instead of a table. Early enough that we were first seated, but bar and restaurant became full before we left. The bartender and server proceeded to take care of us with excellent service and recommendations on wine, steak style (go with the salt block!), and sides - don't miss the baked potato, unique prep and the best I've ever had. Wine recommendation was perfect. Loved the ambience and warmth!
Steaks were the best we've ever had. And we consider ourselves connoisseurs! "Truffle Butter" took it over the top! Servings were very generous. Drinks were excellent and THANK YOU for having fresh "Blue Cheese Olives"! All the servers were terrific. We sat at the bar with Halill and couldn't be more pleased. Wish we had discovered White Buffalo earlier in our vacation. Now we have to wait until May to return.
