Austin and Angel delivered my windows a couple of different times. Both times they were extremely friendly and did a great job keeping the windows safe. They were extremely heavy!!!
We installed Pella windows in our new build home and have been so impressed with the customer service. Heidi Williamson and Jesse, our technician, were wonderful to work with. They made sure we had everything we needed and that it was all working well when we moved into our new home. Highly recommend Pella Impervia windows and the team that stands behind them!
We are extremely satisfied with the attention to our order by Heidi. It was a small order but she treated us with professionalism from start to finish. Nathan was very attentive to our needs with the issue of a screen not fitting correctly. He and Heidi kept us updated on when the replacement would arrive and once it did, they let us know immediately that it would be switched out with the defective one. I highly recommend them!
