My dog was 14 years old when I came to Casper. We have been to many Petcos for grooming throughout the Country. Ellice gave my Little Girl the best hairstyles she has ever had in her life. This is a picture of her last haircut! She went to heaven recently.
Kirsten did an amazing job grooming my 1.5-year-old Mini Bernedoodle, Herbie! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and took the time to really understand my concerns. I’ve had a few bad grooming experiences before, so I was nervous, but Kirsten’s thorough intake and calm approach totally put me at ease.
Herbie was happy going in and just as relaxed when I picked him up. His haircut was exactly what we discussed, his fur was super soft, and even a week later he still smells like coconut! You can tell Kirsten truly cares about the dogs she works with.

I am always pleased with Kujo's groom. Ellice always follows my instruction/request. She also goes above and beyond by scheduling the next grooming date. And most importantly - Kujo is comfortable with her.
