“Dr, Thompson was a breath of fresh air. He explained pros and cons of a procedure I asked about. He didn't suggest it as necessary just to make $$, but gave me both sides to decide on my own. I appreciate his demeanor, honesty and sense of humor.“

“Dr. Crystal is a very caring and informative veterinarian. The prices at Cottonwood vetinary clinic are very fair. I take both of my dogs here and I know they're in good hands.“

“I brought my cat (who has heart problems) in for a tooth cleaning. He had been sick the days prior to his appointment. This clinic not only did a fantastic job on his cleaning, they made sure that his organs and heart were capable of handling the anesthesia before putting him under. He recovered almost immediately after the surgery. The amount of care that they put into making sure he was okay and feeling better was incredible. I live in Denver and will always drive to this clinic to ensure my pets are properly and thoroughly cared for. I can’t recommend Broadmoor enough!“

“I’ve loved this office ever since I started bringing my cat and dog over a year ago. Everyone is kind and attentive. More specifically though, Dr Jaylin has been so absolutely amazing with my emotion support animal Nelson. He is a little doggo and came down sick almost 2 weeks ago. Initially we thought he had a blockage in intestines because he has a history of eating things he’s not supposed to so when I brought him in thinking he had done it again, she ran all sorts of test and X-rays. Those came back all fine. Well over the weekend 2 weeks ago, I had to call the emergency after hours line 3 separate times. He was kept over night once. We thought all was well until 2 Mondays ago when he went unresponsive in my arms. I truly thought my dog was dying in my arms so I called the emergency number again and Dr Jaylin rushed to meet us at the office. He had spiked a fever and I asked her to run xray on his lungs because I had heard him go through one minor coughing fit. She agreed. She first did a more extensive physical exam where she discovered he was experiencing severe neck pain which explained him yelping anytime I picked him up or moved his head. Then the X-rays came back and we discovered he had white shadowing in his lungs. Dr Jaylin diagnosed him with a non specific neck injury as well as bronchitis. She even said that she didn’t think him eating his blanket was ever the issue and I agree. No one’s fault that bronchitis was missed because we all thought his issues were related to him eating his blanket, even myself. He has done nothing but improve over the last 2 weeks and that’s all thanks to Dr Jaylin and her willingness to listen to every single concern and symptom I brought up to her.She never once complained about the repeated after hours calls and was happy to meet me at the office every time. Especially the one two Mondays ago. I called in tears extremely concerned and before I even got all my concerns out she interrupted me and said “I’ll meet you at the office in 20 min, I’m on my way”. I will be FOREVER grateful to her for being so kind and caring to me throughout this entire process as I was VERY distraught and going above and beyond to help my sweet boy.I included the picture that I took right before I ended up calling the after hours number for the third time when he went unresponsive. It was one of the scariest moments in all my years of being a pet owner and I couldn’t be happier with how myself and my dog were treated. He’s not all the way out of the woods yet but Dr Jaylin came up with a treatment plan that has done wonders so far and we are both sure that he will continue to do nothing but improve.THANK YOU to Dr Jaylin for taking care of my Nelson and being so kind, caring, and responsive to mine and my dogs needs. ?“
