Then something broke in the service box, (which they had not even been inside of) had to have black hills out. Turned into a nightmare. Had to have them back out the following morning and rebuild a lot of stuff. Patient, understanding, and friendly. Helped my husband go through everything and explained every step of the way. “My apartment building's property manager hired this company to help me with a simple electric issue so I can't speak to the price, but I will say that Shane was absolutely fantastic. First of all, he came into the building wearing a surgical mask, which showed that he respected my health and safety during this pandemic, and then he very patiently showed me where my circuit breaker box was in the building (this is my first time living alone and the property managers showed me nothing because I moved in on a weekend) and what to do the next time I plug in something that causes a short circuit. He also was kind enough to test various outlets in my apartment to see where the two circuits run so I would know which two outlets I could safely use space heaters on (my furnace was broken at the time so he wanted to make sure I could use my heaters). He was thoughtful, kind and super friendly and I am very appreciative he was willing to teach me something I should have already known how to do!“
