My apartment building's property manager hired this company to help me with a simple electric issue so I can't speak to the price, but I will say that Shane was absolutely fantastic. First of all, he came into the building wearing a surgical mask, which showed that he respected my health and safety during this pandemic, and then he very patiently showed me where my circuit breaker box was in the building (this is my first time living alone and the property managers showed me nothing because I moved in on a weekend) and what to do the next time I plug in something that causes a short circuit.
