The nurse practitioner who treated me had over 30 years of experience, and she was not only highly skilled but genuinely kind and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked in.
She even joked about making a couple of extra holes while stitching me up, which made a stressful situation much easier to get through. By the end of the visit, she said she felt like she’d known me forever—and honestly, that’s exactly how she made me feel.

PA Lilly Cannon could not have been more compassionate and helpful @ Urgent Care.
She was tremendous with her follow up -she called the day after my visit and the following day to see if things were good.
This type of service is outstanding and much appreciated when you do not feel good !!!

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed a physical for work and had Lettie as my Physician. She was very informative and friendly and made me feel like a person and not just a patient or number. I highly recomend Urgent Care of Casper and ask for Lettie!
