Great service!! The ladies were very kind and helpful with all my questions. Very attentive. The young lady at the register was very polite. Great service here. I loved the cleanliness, and perfume options were delicious. The Prada smells amazing!! Snagged a bottle of that and Sunday Morning facial products which they sell here are one of my faves!!

Not one person asked if assistance was needed. Two employees stood and visited while one checked customers out. If you aren't a Cashier at least go find someone who is instead of having customers standing there waiting or address the fact that you aren't with an "I apologize for the wait we'll be with you shortly."

I am just learning all the amazing things Ulta has to offer. I did not know until recently that they offer salon services! Melanie at the Benefit Brow Bar did an AMAZING job with my brow tint and shaping! This was my first time ever having any sort of brow treatment. Melanie explained the entire process and took her time. She was very professional and definitely knows what she is doing. She educated me on how to maintain the look and the proper use of brow products. Five Stars! I will definitely be going back to Melanie for my brow and other beauty needs.
