Bought a home that had new Pella windows installed 7 years ago. A casement window had a cracked inner glass, I called to order a replacement and found out it would be covered under warranty. New window delivered for a reasonable fee to Wheatland. Very helpful crew - very happy customer.

We ordered Windows and a Front door for my MIL house in August. The windows came and were installed. We are very happy with the windows. The door also came, but it was measured wrong, so they had to order another one. It has been 6 weeks and hasn't come. but the worse part there has been no correspondence in spite of multiple phone calls we have made to find status.

I spent thousands of dollars on windows. The window crank on one of the windows didn't even last a year. When I tried to order one they send me the wrong side. I call and try to order the right part and they send me a window lock. These guys definitely need new employees that know what they're doing. Go somewhere else.

When I called to make the appointment, Samantha took good care of us and made us a quick appointment to get my windows fixed! Robert and Aaron showed up to the appointment promptly and took care of the problem windows without any issues. They were awesome, so helpful and had all of the information necessary to get the job done right! I highly recommend Pella of Casper! Go with the BEST!

Here is an example of the AWFUL customer service you will get AFTER you are sold the wrong doors:
Ms. Crone, good afternoon. I have been following this project in the background and have seen the recent email to Chanelle addressing the glass "issue ". As Chanelle has already stated, as well as the Service Technician who was out there, there is no issue with the glass, other than I understand you don't like it. I'm sorry that you don't like the color that came, but that is the only option for that product series in the type of glass ordered. You mentioned fixing this "issue" but there is no fix from a Pella standpoint. What was in the signed contract is what was delivered and installed. You are always more than happy to buy different doors, but from a product and contractual standpoint, we have delivered and installed everything correct, per the contract. If the balance is not paid in full by this Friday, I will have our Accounting Department send a final demand before possibly having to file a lawsuit for a breach of contract, plus I will have the warranty on your account nullified/suspended until balance is paid in full. Please ensure this is paid by Friday. I'll follow up with Chanelle by then. Thank you.
