We were stuck on the side of the road with a spare but no jack. Called countless places and they either did not answer (still have not received a call back, a day later) or just unavailable. M.A.D came to our rescue in an hour and in the freezing pouring rain. We can not thank them enough!!!!
AMAZING SERVICE. After getting a flat tire, and the vehicle had no spare, we called around to several towing companies. MAD towing was available. We had 2 adults and 2 kids so we couldn't fit in the tow truck. Steven brought his personal vehicle to us so we had a ride back to town. Then he followed us to a hotel so we had a place to spend the night. We were so grateful and everything he did was ABOVE AND BEYOND. If you need towing- Definitely book this company!!
I was heading to CO Springs for work training and my service truck broke down about 30 miles north of Casper. My emergency roadside assistance was not being so helpful and told me it'd be more than an hour, so I contacted M.A.D. and the gentlemen let me know he was finishing up washing his truck so it would be a minute for him to put it together. He showed up with the materials I needed to get my truck running and even offered me money from his own pocket "in case you're worried" that I didn't have enough cash to get what else I needed. Best service I've ever experienced.
