Balanced Healing Salt + Sauna

Went for the first time earlier this week, what a wonderful treasure in Casper! The facility is super clean and the kind woman there did an amazing job explaining everything. I will definitely be going back.

OH. MY. GOODNESS!! My husband and I had a first Date Night and it was FABULOUS! Tina was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made us feel so comfortable! We spent 30 minutes in the Salt room and another 30 minutes in the infrared sauna on the "pain relief" setting. Very warm and soothing. It was not intolerable at the high heat like steam saunas can be. We received a LOVELY gift, had a picture taken and spent an hour enjoying our private, nurturing time together. Took advantage of their BOGO offer and look forward to next one! Check them out! The atmosphere is very nice, calm and soothing.

Discovered Salt & Sauna this summer during an open house (2022). It has been the best thing I have found! I am always greeted with a friendly smile and happy hello. During my session I love being able to unplug and unwind. Leaving my skin, my body, and my mind feeling fabulous! It is the best self care for myself!
