“We recently had a new roof installed by Drake. Our roof was large and complicated. Marc Holben was our salesperson and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He gave us an estimate and answered our initial questions. When he left, he gave us contact information and offered to answer any questions that we had while reviewing several estimates. This was a major purchase for us and Marc was kind and respectful, answering all questions and making us comfortable with our decision to proceed. Once we were ready, Marc was able to add us to the schedule in 3 days. Amazing. Our roofing crew showed up at 7 am and worked until 7:30 pm. In that length of time they were able to completely take our old roof back to bare wood, replace some damaged areas, and install a beautiful new roof. The clean up was unbelievable. We watched the crew circle the house twice, picking up every single piece of shingle, paper, plastic, and nails. If you came to our house the next morning, there was no evidence on the ground of the major roofing job that happened the previous day. Marc stopped by and explained that there were a couple of small finishing touches that needed completed in order for the job to be 100% done. We walked the yard together and looked over the roof making a note of small things that the roofers would complete. The next morning, three crew members showed up as planned and completed the roof. I called Basemeht Doctor & Basement Authority of WV who gave me estimates of $12,000 and $14,000 for intrusive, interior work instead of even checking the exterior. Moran came out and gave me free advice to get some extension pipes on my downspouts and point then away from my house and my basement has been bone dry since. They could have easily charged me to do work but they didn’t and it solved my issue and I STRONGLY recommend anyone having water issues in the basement to call them instead.“
