This is a terrific family-owned and -operated business. (Husband, wife and son.) No one wants to have a pest problem at their home, because it's usually an unexpected and unbudgeted expense. But if you don't get such a problem fixed, it inevitably becomes a much bigger problem and expense. I had a carpenter ant problem that needed to be handled right away. This company had very favorable reviews, so I texted them on a Thursday morning. Martha got back to me within an hour. We chatted by phone and I explained the problem. This is a very busy time of year for pest control companies and their schedule was tight. Their first opening was in two weeks. But Martha sensed that I wanted to move fast, and was able to find a slot in their schedule the next day. Which I truly appreciated. Joel and his son were at my house at 9 AM the next morning, figured out the exact problem and conducted a comprehensive and expert extermination. All within 2 hours. Their work was excellent. Plus, they are all decent, caring and honest people. I'm really glad that I trusted my instincts and selected this company. They exceeded my expectations in every way.
