Went to Dr. Kucher for years because he accepted my insurance coverage, but after being offended for the final time by the rude staff I decided to try another office. WOW! The other office was so pleasant! Plus, my visit and glasses only cost me $35 with my insurance (ALWAYS over $300 at Dr Kucher)... unless you enjoy throwing your money away and being insulted as soon as you walk through the door GO ELSEWHERE!

First of all when I was making the appointment they said they had no availability for over a month. I went there years ago and liked them so I decided to wait it out. I go to my appointment 45 days later and when I get there, I am the only person in the place, not one other customer. So I am now thinking, I waited that long when they have hardly any customers? I didn't even really get started after asking what the cost would be. They told me they could not be exact until I got my eye exam done and to just pick out frames for now. Dr. Davis was wonderful. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained a lot and was open to answer any questions. The staff seemed a bit rushed, over worked and stressed. To many people Trying to figure things out and it seemed a bit chaotic on the front end.
