It was an up and down experience the older lady with glasses was short with me when checking me in. Seemed uninterested with me as a patient. No good morning or friendly smile. The doctor was friendly but seemed rushed and I get that lots of exams to give that day I am sure. She did a good job but just felt rushed compared to other eye exams. The best part of the visit was Bobbi Jo the optometrist who waited on me. Had a GREAT attitude and personality. Wonderful customer service. Didn’t try to over sell me but sold me what I needed. She went step by step helping me pick out frames and telling me colors since I am color blind. If you buy glassses here ask for her....read full review
