I'm a small business owner who was experiencing extremely slow internet speed, no matter if the speed was 500Mbps or 1Gbps. I contacted Biztec to discuss my issue. I spoke to Joe initially, who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and then Alex who set up a time to evaluate my system. After a complete assessment he found my ethernet cable was severely outdated & causing the main issue. The needed equipment was ordered & dates established for install.

I have a small business and upon opening today, we had no internet or phones. This devastates a small business. Biztec sent a technician within minutes and he had us up and running within 2 hours.
