I'm a small business owner who was experiencing extremely slow internet speed, no matter if the speed was 500Mbps or 1Gbps. I contacted Biztec to discuss my issue. I spoke to Joe initially, who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and then Alex who set up a time to evaluate my system. After a complete assessment he found my ethernet cable was severely outdated & causing the main issue. The needed equipment was ordered & dates established for install.
My concern was how much downtime would be required for my store during this update. Surprisingly, 'none'! Their team came before store hours & was able to maintain functioning work stations even as they replaced the cables. Donnie and Zack were very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. They installed all the new cables, removed the old ones, installed new equipment putting in a whole new system in 2 days!!
My staff noticed the increase in our internet speed immediately.
