“My boyfriend and I had been hunting for glasses today for approximately 4 hours. We couldn’t not seem to find much in the style he wanted. Then again, i don’t know if it was the style we couldn’t find or if the service we got was terrible. I’d say bad customer service. We were on our way home and he said , let’s stop at Frames. So we did. I have to say this was a perfect way to end the hunt for glasses. Perfection at its finest. Great service, great attitude, and extremely helpful.
