Walk in. Signed in and waited about 10 minutes just to see a guy walk in and about 5 minutes then he was called for his hair cut. I'm still waiting. Another guy walks in and waits about 6-7 minutes then he gets called for his hair cut. I'm waiting for about another 3 minutes then another guy walks in and sure enough, he gets called back so I told those 3 girls I'm not waiting any longer and I won't be back. I waited 20-25 minutes for a haircut, watching everyone walk in and get a haircut while I'm waiting. I've never seen such disrespect from a business. My hair is naturally very curly and coarse, so going to a high end stylist often is pricey; great clips solves that exceptionally well. Every two months or so I will go by to have my hair trimmed to a manageable state and they've never let me down.

Very nice experience.Of course my boyfriend has a million an one questions an everytime we go somewhere you can tell people always get annoyed with so many questions but not these people they were very friendly an made him feel welcome an made sure he was getting what he wanted.. thanks again we will definitely be going back
