So let's start with the negative reviews. Most people myself included dont seem to understand how bad their insurance is or how their dental insurance works. Dr Dan is an amazing dentist and an amazing person. I went in with an abscess tooth and got squeezed in right away. Made sure that when I left I would be able to sleep peacefully. 2 days later he personally called me (not his secretary) to make sure I was good. Can't say enough good things about professialism, courtesy, and manners matter in dentistry.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Bannan’s for many years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I get, and Dr Bannan has always been very professional & very nice. I just had both cataracts removed. The surgeries were a breeze & I can now see without the glasses I’ve been wearing for almost 50 years. His staff is wonderful as well. A+++++!!!!!

My technician was friendly and talked to me more than she talked to her coworkers in a different language which was nice. The place was clean and very nice.
Steven provided pedicure services for me and was absolutely amazing today! I have a medical condition which caused severe swelling/edema in my leg. He never made me feel awkward or embarrassed and provided amazing care. The staff was SO friendly. My daughter and I will definitely return and bring more friends with us. I can’t wait to return and try more of the services that they provide!!
Del is an exceptional stylist! He always goes above and beyond to perfect things. You can definitely tell he takes pride in every project he works on. He always has a positive attitude and is eager to help other stylists. After his recent work on my hair, all the ladies in my family want to go to him now. I love Nikki and Jenna as well!

Walk in. Signed in and waited about 10 minutes just to see a guy walk in and about 5 minutes then he was called for his hair cut. I'm still waiting. Another guy walks in and waits about 6-7 minutes then he gets called for his hair cut. I'm waiting for about another 3 minutes then another guy walks in and sure enough, he gets called back so I told those 3 girls I'm not waiting any longer and I won't be back.
I waited 20-25 minutes for a haircut, watching everyone walk in and get a haircut while I'm waiting. I've never seen such disrespect from a business. I wonder if there's a civil rights violation here?
UPDATED REVIEW:
went back to Great Clips the other day but instead of walking in then signing in, I signed in online, got there 10 minutes later was in the seat within 5 minutes. So to everyone who doesn't already know, you must sign in on your home computer or smart phone then arrive within 30 minutes to avoid the wait. And the hair stylist was so awesome, I gave her a nice tip.
There will be a wait. Find your favorite hair stylist or get a general cut from anyone there. Usually friendly.
