“We came in a month ago to get our dog checked out. Unfortunately it wasn’t good news and our baby had to be put to sleep. My husband originally went in. They were patient while I drove from the other end of Saint Albans to here and bring our kids in to say goodbye beforehand. I will say the whole visit was expensive for not being able to bring our dog home. Staff was great, another lady was waiting to be called back and was very rude saying she had waited for so long and I said at least you have your dog. Be patient. Other than that, the staff was helpful, kind and very patient with us while we said goodbye to our boy.“
