Exceptional care and understanding. I brought in a shelter kitten that was very sick. They handled the kitten care with expertise and my fragile emotions with kindness. They are absolutely wonderful!

Fluffy has been going there to the vet since she was six weeks old. I’m very pleased with the service. They’re very friendly and I love the Drs if I ever have a question they always answer it. Fluffy does not go with just anyone the girls that always come to get us are very good with her. Fluffy is a Maltese dog so she is two years old now

We flew up from Florida with our 15 pound senior dog to visit family. Our dog came down with diarrhea. On day two we called down to our vet in Florida who gave some guidance. On day four still no improvement. Called all the valley to 5 vet hospitals no one could see us until we contacted Gateway who had walk ins in the morning and afternoon. Staff and doctor were excellent and price was very reasonable and better than our hometown vet in Florida. Wait time was minimal at our arrival time of 1030am. Thank you Gateway St Albans.
