I didn't catch the names of the night staff, but the receptionists were so kind, the techs were amazing, the vet was lovely. Tonya, especially, and Dr Tackett were so wonderful to me today. My cat went into respiratory distress last night and had to be on oxygen for well over 12 hours. They did xrays and tests, and they got to the bottom of everything, got the medicine started, and I've just got her home. Thank you for being so compassionate at a time I couldn't even think straight.
My little 3 pound puppy had a sugar crash which was an extreme medical emergency. They worked so so fast, kept me updated through the whole process, and was very kind. They even were understanding about my financial issues and worked with me. Could not have asked for a better vet team in our time of crisis. Thank God for this ER
The staff was excellent. The place is very clean.
I hope I don't need the particular services they helped me with anytime soon (confirmed my cat had died and arranged cremation), but the people I interacted with were awesome.
