Had an individual bust out windows on the backside of my residence and placed a garden hose inside my house. They believed my house was on fire (suffering a mental health issue) and used my garden hose to spray gallons of water inside my residence. There was no fire and I sustained water damage as a result. Rainbow responded quickly and began removing water from my residence. They ultimately had to remove all carpet from my basement but were able to dry out the basement area.
