My outdoor condensing unit was starting and then shutting down after 60 seconds. I called alpha Air over the weekend and they had a tech here Monday morning. Flat rate service and a simple fix. No pressure and no upsales. Just an honest assessment of my system, which turned out to be a jammed motor, which he repaired. They ran diagnostics on the electronics and tested the Freon levels. Thanks for the peace of mind. If it fails, I already know how much it will cost to be replaced.
