First Quality Air Conditioning & Heating deserves all the stars! They somehow managed to squeeze us into their already busy schedule (pretty sure they have superhero capes hidden under those uniforms). They were incredibly patient while we went back and forth with our lender trying to figure out exactly what was required.

When the two-man crew arrived, they didn’t waste a second—they split up the job like a well-rehearsed buddy-cop duo. Friendly, fast, dependable work. Great customer service. Any time I've called they've been there within 24hrs and they always get the A/C up and running again. Would definitely recommend.

On a scale of 1-10, I would give 100. Timely, knowledgeable, professional, caring and so much more. I have called on other HVAC businesses recommended to me. I regret those decisions. None of them compare. Jon Nibert knows what he is doing. Don't waste your time calling any other HVAC in this area. I've learned my lesson.
