For the 3rd fall & winter in a row, these guys have made sure my family is warm! First, an entire heat pump in 2022 in Burdette Addition. Then, last year, a safety check for an old gas heater on our wall. Its getting chilly again. So, when we went down to check our furnace, and found a couple inches of water standing inside our furnace, we wouldn't have called anyone else! They came right away and thank goodness it was a simple fix! Always friendly, always professional! I feel like they actually try to charge a fair price. I couldn't recommend them more!
Trestin has been getting his haircut by Jason since he was 18 months old, he’s now 4! Jason plays cartoons, for Trestin & does an excellent job!!

I have a brick home with a full-size basement, and whenever we had a heavy amount of rain, I would occasionally get water in the basement. I tried everything I could think of to stop it, but I was worried the continued water issues would eventually cause damage or mold in my home. That’s when I called Alltek.
Alltek came out, gave me a free estimate, and before I knew it they were waterproofing my basement. Since then, no leaks at all. I no longer have to worry about water coming in, and I’ve even finished the basement with drywall and carpet without a single issue.

The staff and vet are very Friendly, Informative, Caring, and helpful. They do not push unnecessary things, and are resonably priced with quality care. You can't ask for more! My fur baby had surgery, and they have been amazing through this very difficult time.
Most of my family have gone through them and recently I did when my Dad passed away they are very respectful nice caring compassionate and respectful of everything you want. I enjoyed their help their time and their easy to talk to at a time like that.

I was able to get an appointment with Tina very quickly and we hit it off right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and got to work. She is very experienced and had the work done in no time. I love the cut, it is fun and cute. There is so much less weight and it is a lot cooler! Thank you again Tina for such a cute cut. Plus you were a blast to work with!

First Quality Air Conditioning & Heating deserves all the stars! They somehow managed to squeeze us into their already busy schedule (pretty sure they have superhero capes hidden under those uniforms). They were incredibly patient while we went back and forth with our lender trying to figure out exactly what was required.
When the two-man crew arrived, they didn’t waste a second—they split up the job like a well-rehearsed buddy-cop duo. One tackled this, the other tackled that, and before we knew it, they were packing up and done. It was so fast we almost felt guilty, like, “Wait, are you sure you did everything?!” But sure enough, everything was done right, done well, and done way quicker than expected.
If you want efficiency, professionalism, and maybe just a little magic sprinkled in, these are your guys. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Prestera for 3 years. Even when I moved to Parkersburg I continued my treatment at Prestera in point pleasant because of the quality of treatment I receive there. My counselor Bethany is absolutely amazing, the person that did my intake was so informative and my psychiatrist Jaime that prescribes my meds is the best psychiatrist I have ever had in the 12 years of treatment that I have had from several different places. She evaluated by asking key questions and engaged with explaining things to me in a way I could understand. She interacted with back and forth conversation and really put a lot of thought into selecting medication that would help me. She took the time to listen to all the meds I had tried in the past that failed and I am so grateful for the effort and level of care she provided to me.
The building is old but they are doing renovations on it. But seriously it’s not the building that matters it’s the staff and the quality of care to really help individuals with a workable plan of treatment. They are on the ball and fakers beware. You won’t fool these professionals they know their stuff. Best care I have ever gotten. I’m sad to be moving out of state and I hope I can find a mental health team as dedicated as this one but if it wasn’t for them helping me lay the groundwork for my life I wouldn’t be moving ahead into a functional future. I’m getting married. When I started with Prestera 3 years ago I would have never imagined I could grow this much or move forward in life to this extent to have such a bright future ahead. Thank you to the Prestera team for helping me heal.
I have been going to Ms Erma and Shortcuts for a few years now and I love how she does my hair (she is a little chicken still to put blonde in my dark hair) other than that I will continue to go to Shortcuts until Erma tells me no lol.
Kenny is the best! So talented and knows his stuff! Plus he is nice eye candy! Best looking hair stylist in the tri state area!
