Nelson came out the same week I called, even during the busy season. Within an hour he diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I now have working AC in the house and couldn't be happier with the speed, friendliness, and above and beyond customer service he provided. Hot water tank element was bad. They were here 4 times and changed everything but that. Had to call another company to fix. They replaced pop off valve then lower thermostat then my pressure valve on the water line. Everything but the problem. I do not recommend this company.
