I fell and dislocated my left shoulder and when my physician said it was time to start physical therapy I decided to use Medcare. I'm happy I did. All of the staff , from the front desk to the treatment area, were wonderful and concentrated on my needs for recovery. If I would need physical therapy again, I would return to Medcare. Thanks to everyone there for the care I received.

The new Dream Head Spa service by Candance is an unbelievable and a very relaxing experience. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter the room and come out feeling like a million dollars. I highly recommend treating yourself with this amazing service.

I'm so happy with my appointment today. I came in as a walk-in after finishing a dental appointment upstairs. Dr. Turner was patient and knowledgeable while explaining different products and procedures. She ultimately helped come up with a treatment plan that addressed my concerns. I will absolutely be returning to her for future visits.

Leaving 4 stars because they are very kind, clean, and the prices are reasonable. I would not recommend having laser tattoo removal done here, though. I had 4-5 treatments done here but there wasn't even a noticeable difference. Decided to try another place and after just 2 treatments, it has lightened by 50%.
There's no reason to go to the box stores when you have a place like this nearby. The staff are educated about their product lines. If they don't have what you're looking for on hand they can generally get it quickly.
Tammy is a real artist. My nails always look wonderful and really last. If I ask for nail art she always designs something on the spot, often matching designs on my clothing or a picture. Best of all. My nails look real. She is careful to keep them from getting thick or having bubbles.
Today I had my first appointment with LeeAnn. She rocked my nails! It's a beautiful place & I felt like I've known them forever. If you want great service, fun conversations and lots of laughs make sure to check them out!!!

Today was my only second time at My Shoppe but I can tell it’s a wonderful place. Cathy did my hair today and she was absolutely lovely. She has been doing my mom’s hair for years. I decided to make an appointment with her and I will absolutely return. My hair is very simple. All I needed really was a decent trim and some feathering around my face. She was so kind and patient with me in discussing my hair type and what would be appropriate for me. She has that type of personality where you feel like you could talk to her about anything! You can tell she is very experienced and has been doing this for 30+ years!
The only thing I don't like about familycare is doctors never seen to stay. Jessica at the Crosslanes office is absolutely my favorite. I hope she stays. I love all the staff at that office.

Came the first time to assess the issue. Guy who came was awesome and helped us get the best deal on the part by showing me what needed ordered. That was super appreciated. He came the second time, installed the part and everything was done. Both visits were short and then my fireplace drama was done:)
