I contacted Andrew with ReBuilders today because we have some water damage in our basement, along with black mold. He let me know that they only work on commercial properties. I asked if he could refer me to anyone who does a good job on residential properties. Within 5 minutes Andrew had sent me 2 referrals for companies that were pretty close to me. One had a 4.9 rating and the other had a 5.
I just wanted to let anyone reading this to know that you are dealing with a company with top notch customer service!! I was someone who wasn't even able to be a customer of theirs, but Andrew went out of his way to help me when he didn't have to. Thanks so much Andrew!!!

Great help, Andrew spent 2 hours late on a Friday night helping teach and give ideas on a smart diy solution instead of trying to sell his services or rent out his machines.

Our basement flooded overnight and Will, Chris and crew were dispatched day of to help us with water removal and remediation. They started Friday and had majority of the flooring up within a few hours and worked through the weekend to flood cut the drywall. They were very quick and effective. They were also very transparent and helpful with helping us understand the insurance process. They made a stressful situation much more manageable, and we are very grateful to have had such thorough and knowledgeable help.
