The staff and owner at Brownie's really pay attention to each pets individual needs. Just one conversation with any of them is all you really need to know you are dealing with true animal lovers and that your pet is in good hands. However, I think the biggest testament to this business is the fact that our dog gets super excited when we pull into the driveway and runs into the building ready for a week at "camp."“

“We recently boarded our two adult dogs here. We had never utilized a pet hotel in our many years of having dogs, so we were a bit nervous. As soon as we met Sean, we knew that we could relax and totally trust him to take amazing care of our beloved animal companions. Sean is so warm, calm, helpful, conscientious, and compassionate towards animals. He went above and beyond to help our dogs feel at ease. He even took the initiative to do some training with them regarding one's food guarding issues. When we returned from our trip, Sean shared these training techniques with us, which was very helpful. He gave us an honest report on our dogs' time at the pet hotel, seeing our dogs in a really kind and optimistic light. In addition, the facility is clean and offers indoor/outdoor kennels. We requested that our dogs share a kennel. All animal guests also receive loving attention from Sean and daily, private time outside in a large, fenced area. The location is very tranquil. We will definitely board our dogs here again and highly recommend Bakers Ridge Pet Hotel to others.“
