The staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated me and my dog (Henry) very well and with loving care. They were also very detailed with everything and explaining every detail. My visit with Paw Prints was absolutely incredible. Its been several years since I’ve had a good vet experience. I cant remember who I met with but she was fantastic. The Dr was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything out to me, and even provided alternative options for my senior dog who is dealing with arthritis. The several times I’ve had to get in touch with them the front desk is so easily reachable and even will call you back promptly if they are busy. This is such a breath of fresh air from my previous vet who was an absolute pain to deal with. Thank you guys for your promptness and wonderful communication. Excited to keep working with you.

We met with Dr. Seiler, a surgeon, for a detailed exam and explanation of ACL surgery for our Eng Pointer, who we feared tore her ACL several months prior. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a good deal of time. No pressure to operate. We feel confident that, if we do decide to have surgery, this doctor will be a good choice. The clinic itself is very clean and all other technicians and front desk staff we met were very courteous.
