I called Dave Duschi of Shield Roofing to come give me an estimate, as the saying goes, the rest is history. “I saw Modern Renovations LLC Roofing installing a new roof on a home near my residence. I liked the work I saw them doing, the materials used and the length of time it took them to complete the job. A few months later I realized I needed a new roof on a rental property I own and a storage shed at the same site.
