I had a 3 o'clock appt and checked in from the parking lot as instructed. I was told they were running a few minutes behind and a tech would be out shortly to pick up my dog. At 3:27 I called back for an update. Let me bullet my thoughts: + If you are running more than 10 min behind schedule, you should be calling customers as a heads up. Unless you take ppl arriving to appts 20-30 min after their appt. Or are customers' time not valuable to your business? +Tech gets on phone and has the nerve to say it took her so long because she was reviewing my dog's record... you've had them for 3 weeks. The staff and doctors were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the doctor was and how willing she was to review labs and imaging with me, provide in depth explanations, and answer any and all questions that I had. Highly recommend.

The staff at Ayers Animal Hospital was so good to my Tommy. Everyone was always so nice and I appreciate the thank you card for my business! I’m so glad they were able to help my old man and take care of his ear infection.
