Dr. Ayers and the staff were great! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment when my pets were ill and treated them with care. The vet assistant even went above and beyond by ensuring Moose, my dog, didn’t encounter any other dogs while there because Moose can be dog reactive. She even helped me to my car with both pets. We were treated great and really appreciate everyone we’d seen when there.
Upon arrival they were very professional, and ALL the staff that I had interaction with was friendly, attentive, and respectful. The assistant showed genuine concern for my pet and ask questions that I hadn’t thought of, which helped with the treatment plan. Dr Ayers, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to cover aspect of Teddy’s issues, and made it a point to listen to what I had to say. They made a follow up appointment to insure the treatment plan is working as planned. I am grateful for to see genuine concern for Teddy’s health and wellbeing, as with most pet owners he is a part of our family.
Thanks to Dr Ayers and his amazing staff
