Chris with Best Virginia came to do our yearly maintenance check, he arrived promptly, and was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband walked him around to both components and they chatted like old friends. He was honest and transparent about pricing and available upgrades. Took care of my mother-in-law. We live out of town and didn’t know who to call. I remember their ad on TV and they did a fabulous job. Were there the very next morning and took care of her. Thanks so much. Would highly recommend them. My mother-in-law said the technician was extremely kind and courteous, as well as knew what the problem was and fixed it.
In the middle of a heatwave my AC went out completely plus it’s 2 days before the 4th of July and the next day would be a holiday for many businesses. Thought it would be hopeless to get a service call the same day I called. But BEST WV came through and was there in an hour or so. Justin was awesome! He was patient and professional as well as efficient. Had to have a couple parts replaced at a reasonable price and my AC was back in service! So thankful I could get same day service! And my doggie was thankful to get some relief from the hot house!
