We have used Scott-Sullivan Inc for AC issues twice now with our older unit. First was back in 2020, they came the same day we called and had the issue fixed within a couple hours (only took this long because they had to take a part back to the shop to do something with it). The second instance was this morning. We called them around 7:45am, they made it to our house by 8:45, and they fixed our issue all by 9:30am. They are extremely professional, honest, and the timeliness has been top notch. Pricing has been very reasonable as well. Great service. I had to continuous issues with my unit over a few weeks period of time. Each time I had an issue they came out and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently each time. The fellas were very nice and explained each issue that was going on. Once the motor was replaced and a new fan was put in I've had no issues since. Highly recommend.
We've worked with this company twice concerning our aging AC unit. Both times, they have been prompt, professional, and courteous. They've quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the same day (or at least ensured it was keeping us cool until the necessary parts arrived.) Highly recommended!
