“I was very impressed with the young man sent to service my air conditioner. It was having a hard time keeping up with the heat. I was skeptical at first because he looked unexperienced but he completed a thorough cleaning of the unit, even going to get my hose from the garage because I am handicapped, and tested and recharged the unit, explaining what he was doing along the way. I could tell immediately the system wasn't struggling to pull air and was running smoothly when he left, and the house was immediately cooler. In my opinion, the unit is running fine for a 30 year old unit. You have a new customer in me. Thank you.“
