Matt gives excellent haircuts & beard trims at reasonable $prices. I was shocked at how $$$much place in Walmart wanted. Was in TSC & asked guy in line where he got his hair cut & beard trimmed & how much? He recommended Matt. Located to left of 'Big Lots'. Found my barber in Elkins?Plays good music too. Friendly place. Customer in chair when I arrived, D&E Senators Lacrosse, Goalie - Joshua #42. Very personable young man - was in Forest Festival Parade on Sat with team??

Matt does excellent work. Some people may complain about the waiting time(walk ins only), but he's very busy for a reason! If you are particular about your haircut, this is the place to go.Service: Fade cut
