My experience was excellent! The staff were wonderful and very friendly and caring. I was shown much respect and empathy when dealing with a most difficult situation. The Nurse Practitioner had excellent bedside manner and showed much compassion. The staff member who drew my blood was exceptional. Very professional staff. I am a professional myself. Excellent experience.

My experience was here was excellent. I had had to drive several hours to get medical attention for a finger that had been torn open. The staff was so caring and helpful. After determining through x-rays that the finger was not broken, the doctor stitched the finger back together. He did a great job! I highly recommend this facility.

If you need a referral and don't want to wait a month to see your PCP, then this is the place to get it. I've been here three times now and each visit took no more than 30 minutes, whereas at Davis you sometimes wait several hours or can't even get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. I was not happy that they asked for my debit card to have a payment method on file despite having insurance, given the frequency of data breaches that medical institutions have, but they claim that it isn't kept on file for very long so hopefully that's true. Having to update card information across 50+ sites after a data breach is always a PITA.
