I love the atmosphere which I would describe as "comfortable professionalism." Kristin does not rush, but she has a level of competence and experience that allows her to stay on schedule, while clients feel like they have her focus and attention. I had asked "Who can competently cut hair? I'll go to Clarksburg or Elkins if need be, but I want a good cut." The answer was "Kristin at Lottie Belle in Elkins" and I am thankful that I listened! I highly recommend!

Kristen highlighted and cut my hair and I absolutely love it. I also observed another girl doing a girl's hair and she also did an amazing job as well. This salon is wonderful and they are so nice. I recomended this salon.
