I really wish they had two separate listings, one for the optical hut and one for the clinic. The clinic is a 5 star all day long. The optical hut would barely be 1 star. You are always made to feel like you’re rushed and an inconvenience. Never willing to help dig into a basic issue. Honestly, the female that I’ve dealt with a couple times wasn’t even paying attention to questions I had and I had to ask several times. When it comes to the significant amount of money, people have to spend for something that they were absolutely every single day and rely on… This should definitely be a more hands-on compassionate experience.
