Ashley came at the very beginning of the appointment window. She explained everything before getting started. She was efficient and thorough. I had a queen and a king bed celeaned, deodorized, and protected. I ended up adding protection on my sectional and ottoman. Ashley did both with no problem even though I added it at the last minute. She was very kind, very pleasant, and had great work ethic. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer and her work.

Katelynn came into the house in the middle of a very stressful situation as my parents are elderly, with dementia, and a host of problems. She was SO professional! She worked around our problems, and got everything done to perfection. Carpets and chair cushions look brand new. We were so impressed with the job, the cost, and the efficiency. Thank you!
