They called before arrival, explained their cleaning processes and were extremely courteous and quick. The price wasn't bad but it was only a couch so not sure of their regular pricing. I would recommend.

Ashley came at the very beginning of the appointment window. She explained everything before getting started. She was efficient and thorough. I had a queen and a king bed celeaned, deodorized, and protected. I ended up adding protection on my sectional and ottoman. Ashley did both with no problem even though I added it at the last minute. She was very kind, very pleasant, and had great work ethic. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer and her work.
