“We were having problems with our furnace and called this company. Nick and Collin Were here within the hour, even on a cold snowy day,, and discovered and fixed the problem. They were both so helpful and efficient. I will be calling them in the spring to get a new Air Condition unit. What a great company!A month later, now we have a major plumbing issue. Again we called and got same-day service from this awesome company. We live in Ohio, but bought an old house for my cousin to rent. Wish we had Solberg services where we live, but what a relief to know who to call to get things fixed In a timely matter when there is a problem. Incredible company!“

“We've lived in WV for 4 years now and have an older home. Soon after we moved in we had a sewer line issue, after bringing in several plumbers in who couldn't figure out where the problem was, we called Jerry and he found it within an hour or two. He had a quote written up and had it fixed within a week or so and also helped us out on some other issues we had.Just recently, we sprung a waterline leak and he was over within a couple days, found the leak and had us up and going just days later, and again he preemptively solved another issue for us.His prices are reasonable, he and his team do excellent work, are easy to work with, knowledgeable and are very professional, when we have our next plumbing, heating etc.. problem, being an older home, it will happen, He's our first call to make,I highly recommend them for gas, heating and plumbing!“

“We called at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning - I kid you not, they were at our home by 9:15 a.m. The business is family owned and I was blessed enough to be a classmate of one of the operating family members. The men that came to our home were honest, respectful, helpful, efficient, and so kind! I have a pitbull puppy, and they let her stay out and play without a single complaint. The entire process was done in a matter of two days. Completely removed the old unit and had it completely reinstalled seamlessly with little to no hassle at all. Made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us a chance to increase our warranty for free. The price was fantastic & the gentleman were even kind enough to get a discount for us ( my mom is 80 and I’m her caretaker - it’s just us two women at the house). All I can say is, you won’t find anyone better in the valley. I’m a very satisfied and now a loyal customer. Any jobs that need serviced in this home will be going to Pappy’s! If you’re hot and unhappy, call Pappy’s :) seriously love them! A very special shout out to Tyler, Devin, John, and Jamie - they’re me and mama’s dream team!
