Wayne is the owner/operator, so when you call you might get his voicemail, because he is either driving, on the phone or working on a unit. There is no 3rd party calling service to go through, which is rare these days. His prices are very affordable and he is reliable. Other companies will try to get as much money out of you that they can by trying to sell you a new unit. He will tell you the truth and how he came to that solution. Fair, and honest work. Plain and simple. Easy to communicate with about issues and find feasible solutions to whatever it may be. No hidden fees, charges, or holding anything over the customers head.
