I was illegally given weightloss medication. Then when they admitted to this i was given a perscription for Metformin so I would have low level nausa and constant diarrhea. Do NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY WILL FRAUDULENTLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HARM YOUR HEALTH!

I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at this office, now as for dr McDaniels he is one of a kind ,I knew him from another facility so knew to take him with a grain of salt. He is a very professional and doesn’t deviate from that..Highly recommend transformations Weightloss &Skin clinic .

The NP guy or Dr, whatever he is was so RUDE to my husband. Will not be returning! Everyone else was friendly but he ruined it for the whole place!

The Dr on staff that evening was rude and made me feel bad for even being there. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've been seeing their Weight Loss Nurses and Doctor while being on a Keto diet and I've went from 410 to 251 so far. On to 200, by the end of summer '22.
