Paid $11.74 for my key and it did not work! So I have a shiny new gold key that’s taking up space on my key ring for no reason other than to remind me to always go to Lowe’s to get my keys made!

Here is my situation with this people they charge my debit card without doing any service when I cancel my service they still charge me 132 dollars how can I get hold of them someone help me this happen yesterday in the west side of Charleston West Virginia need help need there customer service number so I can get my money please

Requested a lockout. Confirmed approximate ETA then provided credit card for them to dispatch. 45 minutes later I’m alerted that no one can be found to come onsite. Don’t waste your time.
