They hire non certifies people. Ruined my brazillin wax and I end up going to a doctor.I have filed a complaint against them to wvbbc.

Very nice service but I showed the lady threading my brows a picture of how I have had them in the past and she made them look nothing like it. When she was done one had a huge notch out of it and the other was very thin.
